Why "Conventional biodiesel" too?

As per the 08.17.07 PR:

The company will now be producing conventional and OD-66 oxygenated biodiesel.

Why would they be doing this? Does this defeat the purpose and waste time and resources? Why not make OD 66 all the time?


Please advise.
