Hello Everybody, I hope everybody doing well here. I have been away for a few months now. What is the deal? Is it all happening? Is there really a meeting? and is the meeting conclusively held to address the 55 cents offer or to collect votes? How will this happen and who votes and who doesn't? Is there any possibility the vote results will not be in favor of Selling the company or in other words negative? Finally,Can I buy and load up now and still get 55 cents a share if the deal closes?

Can someone elaborate please? Thanks in advance
