No, its about done if not already, friday the attornies were done and it was handed back to gruber for final look over and signing. remember, the last filing. they put out a PR stating it was going to come out when they were done and it did a few hours later. So, I think its safe to bet it will be eitherout Pre market or sometime durning Monday.
