What do you mean 'past the one year and no longer restricted'. They STAY restricted until the TA lifts the legend. That's what all the forms/legal opinions/whatever is for.

After one year the legend CAN be removed with 144 forms.

After 2 years the legend WILL be removed with 144K forms.

SO, elaborate as to what you did, and what Schwab did...........z
