Yes, share dumping refers to the way in which shares are sold onto the market by many hedge funds (especially those involved with the OTCBB markets and Pink Sheets) and those involved in "toxic financing". The term dump refers to the fact that the hedge fund (in this case GGI) will continue to sell shares onto the market at lower and lower prices and will often sell at the bid in order to entice buyers or to sell higher volumes. Since they (GGI) obtain their shares at 18% discount to the average weighted shareprice they can sell shares at cheaper and cheaper prices and still maintain or make a healthy profit on the deal.

Best of luck to anyone in this....I wouldn't be holding shares for long (not even freebies obtained through trading strategies) take the money and run just like JF/GGI!
