RA has been found GUILTY by a court of law - just what is it you're trying to say?

Technically, he hasn't. Civil actions result in dispositions, not verdicts of innocent or guilty. Fluffy has, however, been fined and otherwise sanctioned, and I'm sure there's more to come.
