I think the JV vehicle would be perfect for the purposes of Blocks 1-4. It would be an absolutely incredible deal, one that would get all the attention of the entire Oil Patch.

It especially makes sense if ( as some believe ) there's a big ole reservoir down deep, even though there may be several 100-500 million barrels shallower pools. This reservoir, if it exists, would be overlapping and straddling at will, and the joint venture would keep the peace.

What a coup for Jeff S. it would be. And if Ledbetter is involved, feathers go in his cap too. From what I've seen in the past, very little happens the way we believe it will. The final act has usually caught us way off guard. Ledbetter, we were told, was hired to get us into some shallower marginal fields. Perhaps this is so, but I believe there's more to the picture.

To pull off the JV and to tap the deeper reservoir, it's going to take deep pockets and experience, unless the JV
taps a few shallow pools to bankroll the deeper pools.

In any event, this is going to be fun to watch.

I'm happy we can still load up at the cheap ERHE pps prices.
