OPENWAVE APPOINTS FINANCIAL EXPERT PATRICK JONES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND AS CHAIR OF AUDIT COMMITTEE; MASOOD JABBAR RETIRES FROM OPENWAVE BOARD
