7:59 am Beg to differ, Dr. Keep. Issuing 40 billion or so unregistered shares accompanied by phony opinion letters, putting out scores of demonstrably false PR’s touting acquisitions and funding, and looting the company capital for personal gain don’t qualify as “in the middle”. This was blatant premeditated fraud.

Then there is the matter of $1.7 million to Altomare et ux that magically disappeared from the balance sheet before the receiver took over.
