Maybe IRIS can be 1 or up to 5 of the Digital services.?!?!!?!? That would be huge.. We already know TELNOR has 150,000 internet lines, its k=now a no briner for these folks to sign up for Sin Limites and try IRIS while enjoying unlimited local minutes....
