Hmm....Only if you have $500K I suppose: Thank you for your email. I appreciate this opportunity to assist you today.

We do not accept restricted securities that are valued at $1 or less per share. The CCOP shares are currently trading less than a dollar and we would not be able to accept them in an account.

Generally, we can hold restricted stock shares, however, Schwab clients with less than $500,000 in household assets are subject to a $150 custody fee.
