From the 10-QSB:

"As of September 19, 2007, the issuer had outstanding 4,815,363,072 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value per share."


How in the hell did these guys get this far without a hostile takeover. Website below should give us an indication for the demand on this type of investment.
