Hmmmm...I'm of the persuasion that the ~5B figure is simply in error. It is mathematically possible to have a float of only 15% of the O/S....but, I wouldn't think that was normal. The difference would be in restricted shares (almost totally) and a small diffence in delays caused by credit card transactions......but, our low volume wouldn't support much of that. If the CD conversion was done totally in restricted shares.......well, who knows.....maybe that accounts for the difference. At least for now.....what happens when the restriction time expires? I would think that, ultimately, the differences will increase up to the O/S (the restricted shares)and become part of the O/S. IMHO Neal
