That's ok. I already read information concerning the sale of Global Telecomm.

I liked the way you stated (SEC filings from a legitimate public corporation that is required to tell the truth).

I thought that ENRON was a legitimate public corporation. Did their filings tell the truth? No need to answer...that was just a rhetorical question.

As far as the two million paid....I would definitely expect for Mr. Beebe to receive just compensation for that...and it wouldn't matter to me if it was on the books as a loan...or as I rather suspect...tied up with the preferred stock.
