It has interest in a condominium located in Brooklyn, New York. The company was founded in 1999 as Webmarketing, Inc. and changed its name to World Marketing, Inc. in 2004. World Marketing is based in Brooklyn, New York. With 9.60 million shares outstanding and 5,000 shares declared short as of September 2007, there is no longer a failure to deliver in shares of WHKA.
