$500 is less than an average DWI/DUI or class D fel. That is more like a Misd. Bail range.

I find it hard to believe that all this can be laid at the door of one person (Not counting PA).

But seeing the volume and the tick is a larger price move in ration to being at .03, I would say that this becomes a good candidate for flipping.

Would wonder if that was on purpose.
