You are WRONG heres why.

You need to own on the 15th you own the shares on the 15th and they don't have to settle because it will show up as you owning them, call whoever you trade with and ask to talk to a higher up.

The EXDIVIDEND date is the most important date and they haven't released that yet, they will most likely do that after they see who owned the shares on the closing of the 15th.
