I'm sure everyone has witnessed Industry Leader acquisitions over the last half year . It is so apparent to me that the acquirers want competitive advantage so they'll spend billions just to be better leveraged .

Just this morning Oracle offered $6.7 billion for BEAS .

I'm not suggesting for one moment that Compliance Systems could be an acquisition target but the Company's patents would give an acquirer a tremendous advantage over all other competitors in
a Government legislated sector , a sector that is sweeping the world in controlling invasive telemarketing .

If an acquisition play were ever to happen for Compliance Systems does anyone think the Company would accept a measly $700,000 which is the current market cap ? Not on your life !

Patents are the golden fleece ....the holy grail .

COPI is so clearly undervalued by any reasonable valuation .

To bite the worm of incite is to bite the HOOK of the antagonist . They win .
