Did a little DD. The Deasons handed over control to R.L Hassell & Associates late 2000. Looks like the office supply business ceased by 2004. The phone number is attached to a fax machine now. State of incorporation is TX, did not wish to set up an account with the Texas SOS to find out if their business license is still current.
