With an O/S of ~ 150 million and the Company having $10.9 million in cash , just on those factors alone it should reflect a .072 cent PPS .

I'll accept that Cornellski and / or the company sold a bunch on the recent run-up but even doubling the O/S would still make the PPS valuation at .036 cents based on just the $10.9 million in cash .

The PPS has definitely been manipulated by thieves and thugs and the incorrigible MM's .
