start small and grow from there, this is how a startup business
works, especially when you got no money to spend. they should have bought the garage refinery first, back in january install it and start making some revenue, small but steady, then think of other things to do.
way too many multimil $ projects for a minuscule company with no money whatsoever, no knowhow and no experience.
