That is total bullshit, IMHO. They sold us UNCLEAN shares! If they are awaiting TM to issue more shares, that's called DILUTION. They need to be FORCED to BUY CLEAN shares in the OPEN MARKET! Period!
Otherwise, return my money plus major interest for the 2yrs 3 months they've been holding it hostage!!!
I'm pissed.
