EDIT... I see you were joking - "flies" vs. "files." However, this was my answer when I thought you were questioning filing dates.

Of course they have control over when they file - anytime before the SEC deadline. They also choose when to schedule webcasts.

Most of the major public corporations file their quarterly reports as soon as possible after the quarter ends, often within two weeks. They also hold interactive conference calls with analysts, press, etc. that allow live questions.

When e.Digital has a webcast prior to filing its quarterly or annual reports, it just adds to the impression that the company is not entirely forthcoming with investors IMO. Hopefully the 10Q will be released within the next 30 minutes or so.

If they wait until the Tuesday deadline to file, why have the webcast today?
