Niz: One would hope so since that would be most appropriate. However, e.Digital has begun a pattern of having webcasts a day or days before it files.

The SEC deadline for a 10Q is 45 days after the close of the quarter (90 days for a 10K). The deadline to file for QE 12/31/03 is Feb. 17 since the 15th is Sunday and the 16th is an SEC holiday.

IMO they should release the 10-Qs and Ks before the webcast to allow listeners to review the financials and other info while listening to the webcast.

It would be better yet if they had an interactive conference call that would allow questions after reviewing the filing. They tried that once and pulled the plug early when they couldn't control the questions being asked.
