However we slice it, having an office in NY is a big positive from a shareholder's perspective. I think they are taking baby steps towards solid initiatives that will make an 'informed' investor happy..I still want to see at least one closed deal (SNGF would be lovely) before end of this month..Valuation report coming next week should be interesting too..
