Forget Dilution - You are getting your $%^ kicked - down on a good news day ?? - buying/volume trigggers selling ?? - Company has a good future but stock price does not - "make nice" with a good brokerage, get the word out, put a fat bid out there at a good price and sit there, consider a stock dividend and or a warrant/rights offering to raise some cash,( dollar strike), dry up panic selling, change sentiment, and kill some "short" but mean big bad wolves.
