"What most people don't understand is that Yotty is in control of WRNW, he is the major shareholder and he controls what happens. I do know this for a fact as I have had personal contact with people who once knew him personally. Also, have it first hand from a couple of people who worked for Well Renewal and who worked on Bill Yotty's lease. Unfortunately, I don't think that I would be able to convince any of them to come forward as they prefer not to be involved with this jerk! Also, The Money People, is Yotty's company. Every company that you see with either Barbara Thomas, Harry Martin or David Rees is connected with Bill Yotty. I suggest that if you find out who signed the lease transfer from Well Renewal to The Money People, you will find one of those names on that lease. I am sure that somehow Bill Yotty is involved with this Sequoia company in Florida. No company would accept worthless stock unless there was a method to their madness. But if Yotty is behind it all, he is selling shares that are converted to free trading shares. He can then dump those shares into the market and thus make money that he wouldn't otherwise have made. I know if someone can connect the dots, they will find this out.
Also, the NAD audit that they are talking about is probably the NASD securities investigation because they have been reported to that division. How do I know that? Because I have been in contact with a person from the NASD who is conducting the investigation. The investigation came about through a complaint that was filed with a State Senator's office. This is valid and it is real. There are several things that they are looking at in regard to WRNW. Can't and won't tell you any more than that. It will all come out in the end. But don't be surprised if WRNW is down for the count totally. I can almost guarantee that there will not be any mergers taking place. But no one cares about the truth and now that Yotty is denying any knowledge about the lawsuits, you have people claiming that someone is inventing these lawsuits against WRNW. Unbelievable! What I do know is that "XXXXXXXX" is XXXX XXXX and this new "xxxxxxxxx" is also probably someone else related to WRNW or Bill Yotty. You can tell by what they say and put out. Anyway just some thoughts here. Hope it helps in your DD. You have done a great job.
