Some one here can not Understand that Restricted Shares are Not in the "tradeable" fraction of the o/s!

o/s = the restricted + shares able to be traded

the O/S will grow as Restricted (locked Up) shares are issued for what ever reason..mostly the new lease acquisitions

But the amount of shares for "Trading" is not growing

Out of the shares that one can Trade....all are held by this board according to the recent board count PLUS more!!...So there should be NO FLOAT..being the shares are held!!

So i don't Know where the shares that are being bought out there are coming from...other than NSS!

the CEO said it is Not the Company diluting and I'm accepting that!
