Never say never. I think we have a special case here.
This is not a bad company. At least that has not been demonstrated to be the case. In fact the company has brought itself to this point not from being "bad" but from being non-communicative, and allowing the bashers more or less free rein by refusing to update its shareholders as to the status of its wells and other activities. The sp is low, but it fell after weeks of concerted lying on these boards - out and out lying and misrepresenting of what few "facts" there were available.
This is not badness. It is continued silence at a critical juncture, leaving itself open to manipulators and ill-wishers, which is in itself inept, and that is not good.
Is it a bad company, as you imply? No. It has awesome potential. But it needs to - as someone summed up - execute and communicate.
And at this point, it should communicate how close it is to executing, even if that execution is days or weeks away.
Its failure to do so is approaching incompetence.
