GEORGE: I called the TA and I believe Strongus also called them. They are very cooperative about providing the OS Share Count (still stable at 8.86M, post split), but they were not helpful regarding this issue of NWOL shares being reflected in our brokerage accounts. They just referred me to my broker, but my broker appears to be waiting on some sort of ledger record or "pay date" from the TA.

So the big question is this: Is the TA just slow or inept or are they purposely dragging their feet in cooperation with Malyshev to try to force past shorters to cover? I haven't been able to find any SEC info that governs how long our shares could be in limbo.
