Who was responsible for growing too fast and making some costly decisions? Who was responsible for:
1. The decison to be non-transparent (e.g., do not provide audited financials, gag the TA, etc.),
2. The release of unverifiable PR’s (e.g., Komex PR’s from this year)
3. Continually failing to follow-through on promises (e.g., June 16th 2005 PR stating plans to become ‘a fully reporting company, a necessary step as the Company prepares to move from the pink sheets to the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB).’ or the July 16th 2006 PR reiterating the plan to become fully transparent)
4. Continually failing to provide timely and accurate updates on previously released plans (e.g., there was never a public explanation for not becoming a fully reporting company)
5. Continually failing to provide progress reports or updates on operations, especially those related to acquisitions (e.g., Pro-Gas, Rome Oil, Katrina Reconstruction and projects utilizing MS&G, Merex, offshore banking, etc.etc.) or the departure of key personnel.

There are many other examples that I could have listed.
