Is AMD preping a new stepping of Brisbane, or have they made 65nm process improvements that are benefiting both X2 and Barcelona allowing higher bins of both?

Maybe AMD has finally taken the Si-Ge plunge?
If so is it in desperation, or is it yielding *maturely*?
