Speaking about the IR department and Theresa I can not believe that she was ever rude or indignant to anybody.Is there anybody else on this board that had problems with the IR department of Panamersa?I for one have had a response every time .All of my e-mails were answered promptly,certs exchanged without any delay.I believe the IR department of Panamersa is tons better than some of my previous investments.
