I've said I don't believe it started as a scam. However, many of their actions are consistent with those of a company that is a scam. That is the market perception. If it's not a scam (and I honestly still do not believe it is), then the problems are mainly due poor management. If so, what makes you think they will now become effective managers? PBLS needs an experienced, professional and proven management team. They took a company that had great cash flow (if you believe the claims regarding the pit assets, it's prime location, the use of their own trucks,the Katrina-related constructions projects that they had contracts for, etc, etc.) and drove it into the ground. After doing that they were so desperate to get out of the whole they dug themselves that they foolishly got involved with VP and MR. PBLS' management team does not have a stellar record to say the least.
