I'm just calling it as I see it.
A stock moves in 3 directions ... up, down or sideways.
Obviously this one is NOT moving up or sideways.
So that only leaves ... ?

Furthermore, I just noticed ... the chart posted here shows it broke it's 50 DMA 5 days ago. So down she goes.
