What makes you think that Aero was given shares? Please find that in a filing. Show me where Aero was issued shares.

They were given cold hard cash to expand their product line. Not shares. IMO.

The debenture is over with. I know that every share GGI sold into the market was close to an 8 bagger. How is that for using the conversion formula?
