The "Golden Cross" doesn't mean jack squat when the 5, 10, 20 moving averages are all heading down...

Now a "Golden Cross" in conjunction with an increasing 5, 10, 20 day moving averages is very bullish...

In this situation, people are not looking at the "overall" chart...
