So if I understand you correctly, you are saying it is intentional that they aren't actively publicizing themselves. If a CNN or something were to call them for an interview, they are contractually obligated to decline? There's a fair amount of lamenting here about why they aren't contacting the media. "contractually they can't" is more palatable to me than "they're inept".
