Tommorrow is the deadline, my only problem is why wait til the deadline if it's good news.

Of course this is a pink, if they miss the deadline, they will only be 'just a pink' for a minimum of 90 days. Seems like they wouldn't spend all this trouble being compliant just to piss it away. What do you think?
