josh.. it's meaningless to perform an operating analysis shell company fins.. the "losses" you refer to are actually carryforward losses and are > $10M.. this is actually good for the operating company as they will be able to use them to offset future profits for tax purposes.. the $1.9M was converted to AERO common stock at the share exchange so that will be gone from both the shell's b/s as well as the operating company b/s, where it was a note payable. And we know from the recent PR that the debenture obligation that it was paid in full.. so again, it really doesn't make much sense to analyze those fins.

Tomorrow we will be provided with two years of audited financials from the operating company.. Clearly those are the only fins that matter right now. Should be an exciting day tomorrow.. bring on the SUPER 8k!!!
