Another thought on Filing today..

On Oct 5, an 8K was file about voting rights.

"…(i) the Series A Preferred Stock will have a one vote per share on an as-if converted basis and shall vote with the Common Stock…"

Maybe Mak is knowing that someone has been accumulate shares and plan to do hostile take over? As a result, he is doing 144, 20 million shares?

If someone is to do hostile take over, they must think this company is very undervalue and has very bright future.
