As i see it , the pps is so low because of several factors..pr's that are unsubstanciated by audited financials, no verifiable production numbers, scantily verified resources, FUD spread by bashers, supposed in-fighting between a block of canadian investors and the russians, a rogue transfer agent, a pr guy who had no answers, and general uncertainty . just my opinion
