Fringe or anyone, please help me out here. Loud said "La Playa is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PDVP. Coastal Broadband was acquired by La Playa before PDVP acquired La Playa." So this means that PDVP owns La Playa which owns Coastal. Which would mean PDVP has assets. Am I following this correctly?
