LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CEO America, Inc. The CREDITZ Mobile Digital Payment system ("MDP") gives CREDITZ Account Holders direct access to all the inherent benefits of CREDITZ right from their cell phone, PDA or other mobile communications device. The CREDITZ MDP will be available to all Creditz beta account holders in mid November. Powered by IBM Series I Technology, Creditz facilitates quick, easy and FREE "person to person" digital transactions within the CREDITZ loyalty payment system in all mobile environments. CREDITZ MDP has been tested and will continue to enhance the application on Blackberry, Nokia, Samsung, LG, Sony Ericsson and Motorola mobile browsers.

The application can be accessed by all mobile handsets which can connect to the internet and does not require downloads and initial setup like some of the applications available in the market. The CREDITZ Mobile Digital Payment system is integrated with an intelligent backend and an SMS gateway which also supports a feature where the user can send personal messages while performing transactions. The CREDITZ MDP application is now implemented in the CREDITZ System infrastructure at IBM Global Services.

David Vaters, founder of the CREDITZ System, stated, "Imagine, you can sign up FREE, get paid CREDITZ to shop and now send and/or receive Digital Currency from friends and family without charge! So next time your dining out and splitting the bill with friends but don't have exact cash or a credit card, send Digital Currency!"

CEO America, Inc. plans to add functionality so that merchants, banks and even government agencies will be able to accept CREDITZ, as payment, from a mobile device right to the point of sale. The micro-payment capability of the Creditz System also enhances the value proposition of merchants and online sites to pay customers to shop, award digital prizing, digital rebates and pay consumers for specific behavioral changes including for purchasing items under $10, such as music, video and ring tones.

CEO's management believes the ability for consumers to use their mobile devices for convenient digital purchases and merchants to accept a secure mobile payment is a valuable feature that could potentially have broad adoption throughout North America. According to the Mobile Industry 2007 statistics, mobile devices now total over 1 Billion worldwide.

David Vaters, also stated, "Merchants, marketers and digital content companies are seeking new ways to monetize their foot traffic and enhance intimacy with their customers. CREDITZ is now available through banks, merchant services and ISO organizations or directly from CEO." Vaters added, "We are interested in introducing our Mobile Payment System to merchants in the United States of America who wish to pilot and test acceptance of CREDITZ Digital Currency, Mobile Digital Payments at their Point-of-Sale terminals."

The CREDITZ MDP is only available in the US and Canada, however, it is expected it will be available in the UK, South America, Russia and Africa throughout 2008.
