if vfin wanted to really dump they'd be at 18 or 17 ...

why be at 19 with sbsh who has to be making some of these trades? they aren't really dumping - they could be dumping into the 18.5 bid that has 3 on it and 18 with a 4th. there's room to dump if they wanted that. 19 is just holding and holding despite the buys... makes NO sense to me right now.
