Why would the teams or the league start addressing or mentioning any negative happenings now? They have a pretty consistent track record. That would destroy the illusion of the WHA as a viable, respected, half decent, honest, jr hockey league. It still blows me away that any parent or kid would want to be associated at all with this league let alone pay to play. RS is a smooth talker. How long will people hope that the pr's might actually come to fruition? A former NHL player from Manitoba wants in on this? Seems a little far fetched to me. Is Butch Goring still involved, was he ever? What about Charles Clay?
