And he apparently hasn't learned his lesson. He was a consultant for cbay.pk, but I found an article that says he was a "last minute stand in for the CEO" at some investor conference, so it's pretty obvious he was buddies with the CEO. Cbay was at about .50 but as soon as Len got involved they started issuing 100's millions shares to consultants, which of course was Len. Cbay is now sub penny and its assets are frozen. That's what happens when Len gets involved, so UCHB and PSPJ are screwed unless Larry can regain control.
