Well, of course that doesn't work for Garr, does it, Reed? If we follow the faulty line of reasoning that management would have us believe, then Garr effectually has no payday at all. He gave up his 144 shares for preferred shares that will most certainly be forced out of his hands.

The problem here is "Daddy" keeps coming home with lipstick on his collar, but we keep trying to explain it away. How long does that go on?
