Anyone ever seen their product in hand?
I tried to order a sample pack today and their web server rejected both the cc i tried. I called the company and the person who answered said to email the company so they can send it to the web host in nj to have it fixed. It seems to me that if I worked for the company and people couldn't order my product I would be jumping through hoops to fix the problem lest i lose a potential huge contract...

Just wondering... since the lack of concern seems odd for an new company trying to spread its wings.
