Unless, of course, you understand the reasons it took so long for the permits, the current numbers that have been measured/projected, that completion is expected, etc....
By the time you get the fact it appears you want, and the variables will be known, then the sp will reflect that information, within reason.
So, start your own research or follow where you say feet are heading. You forget to mention, that for every foot exiting, a foot is joining. I can tell you that many of those feet are well informed and share a very different opinion.
So, vote. Either way it's fine with me. It is, after all, your choice. I for one think that you are pretty smart.
